In 2016, Russian born Olga Noskova left the world stunned with her magnificent mirror-glaze culinary art. Her viral cakes led her to become a world-renowned pastry chef and confectionery artist. What started as a passion for pastry-making turned into a global phenomenon as every aspiring chef and experienced professional tried to replicate her style. Despite their best efforts, Olga remains the undefeated queen of celestial mirror cakes.

Every cake she bakes is one-of-a-kind in composition and presentation. Her passion for this profession, innovative ideas, and secret recipes add to the enigma around her heavenly desserts.
Over the years, she has honed her craft by self-learning traditional and contemporary techniques. She has also had the privilege to learn from top Russian and European confectioners in the industry. Notable names include Alexander Kislitsyn (Russia), Francesco Boccia (Italy), Hans Owando (Spain), Nicolas Bussen (France), and Etienne Leroy (France). The integration of her natural skills and their lessons has shaped her into the exceptionally talented professional pastry chef she is today.

Her achievements include securing the finalist position at The 9th Annual Shorty Awards 2017 (USA) and participation in the Annual International Exhibition of Creativity and Design in Chengdu (China) in consecutive years (2017 and 2018). She also enjoys collaborating in local and global events that celebrate art, design and creativity in food.

After pushing the limits of confectionary creations on social media and beyond, Olga decided to disclose her techniques and methods to budding bakers and pastry chefs. Her culinary workshops managed to garner worldwide interest. The world's curiosity paved the way for international workshops and classes in Russia and overseas (i.e. USA, Spain).
